Absolute Garbage

Absolutely does not work on my iPad. Period. There sit two extremely important messages that I have no ability to read. Installed the app and held the button as instructed and voila, says app is not enabled. Go to settings, its not there. Uninstall and repeat four times. Nope. Absolute junk and why is it even necessary?

One month later I try again pursuant to a message they sent me. Unable to access my messages again. Requested password reset. Never sent me a reset email. I will again have to manually call OneExchange to talk to someone about obtaining information.
