Its a stone age app in terms of the design and functionality.

This app never works, I dont see how any company or individual would ever want to use it.

Irritating application failed in many ways.

Can read document but cannot sign or forward to an app that can sign. Basically worthless. Instructions were not correct for iPad and I had to set up password twice. My broker should ask for his money back.

Every time I try to access my messages it tells me that mobile access is not enabled. I cannot find a setting to change this to avoid the problems Ive had accessing my messages. In every case, it switches to web based reader and then kicks me back to my email which starts the cycle all over again. So frustrating.

Able to send the secure message to the app and sign in but it is not able to open the document I need.

App doesnt allow me to do anything it says it does. I think it was designed to make people wish they still used nothing but hard copies.

I was forced to download this because my health insurance provider sent me an encrypted message. The app is very unclear and doesnt even work. Totally worthless and frustrating.

Once I found the instructions it was fairly simple to use. Go to email app and in the email will be an attachment. Tap and hold the attachment and then select copy to voltage. Voltage then launched, showed the email and I was able to reply.

This app does not work at all. What a waste of time!! Does not work on my iPhone 6s iOS 9.3.4 nor my iPad. Why bother!!

Worked for me. Definitely not the slickest app ever, but it works. Not sure why it isnt for others...

The same as other iPad users have reported. I have a recent model iPad, fully updated. It tells me the iPad app is not activated, switches me to the online mode, at most it lets me view the first page of the attachment. I contacted support, they were very fast in responding. However they could not help me and said my insurance company needed to open a help ticket.

Downloaded this app to my iPad then when I tried to use it I received a message that it is not supported on the iPad at this time. Makes sense.

Agree with what everybody said about clunky and archaic. In addition - crashes often when replying.

All I needed was some forms and I have to try to open it like it is top secret, through very hard directions. Forget this, mail me the forms, please. WHY are you still using this junk of email communication?????

Downloaded to read messages from Chase Mortgage while buying a house. Instructions were to press and hold attachment in email, then select open in app. Problem is, after downloading app, this is not an option I had when pressing and holding (I could only "open" which took me to a page telling me to use their app). Quicken Loans may end up with my business simply because I cannot read messages when Im away from home.
