PAYFLEX -Worse than useless
Update: contacted the team responsible for the app and it turns out that PAYFLEX, the shell firm for One Exchange/Source never paid for mobile support, so the mobile app wasnt enabled. Im suggesting the app maker clarify the message so you dont think the app is at fault.
One Exchange from IBM required me to use this app to get a message from them. Attempting to open the email using the app results in a bizarre message from the app that the app isnt installed and its going to open the email some other way which fails.
Why do insurance companies and brokers insist on requiring sick people to jump through hoops? Simple; they hope you wont make it and that ultimately helps their profits.
