Cant rate it ZERO stars, can I?
App is not worth the bandwidth. PayFlex contracted with these bozos to handle "secure" mail sent (and its almost always a general statement). The fact that my insurance carrier entrusts a third-party "encryptor" is greatly more disturbing. Aside from signing up (surprisingly smooth), the experience bottoms out fast and furiously. Any and all downloaded messages will open but the page parks and will not scroll OR exit.
To get a page to open, I have to send it from my yahell account to Outlook, then open the app, then back to Outlook to save it, THEN back to this app, and (maybe) the SOB opens. I have more success going straight to PayFlex (PC or mobile) and obtaining this info there.
