Not good
The same as other iPad users have reported. I have a recent model iPad, fully updated.
It tells me the iPad app is not activated, switches me to the online mode, at most it lets me view the first page of the attachment. I contacted support, they were very fast in responding. However they could not help me and said my insurance company needed to open a help ticket.
