The desktop version is dog slow as well. Extremely poor design and execution. I gave up on the phone app and am connecting to their server via my desktop and it is still horrible. I am going to call my bank and let them know how bad it is.

J.P. Morgan of all companies requires this app on mobile devices when downloading an encrypted email. Couldnt even get it to work. Terrible app
Dont download this. You cant get the time back you wasted. It does not function at all.
Just frozen at the page of instruction 1-2-3 after passcode. No menu at all. Wish i could give zero star..:-(
Secured filed downloaded and I have been unable to retrieve. The file has personal information and important information that I have yet to access. This app does not work.
Extremely encrypted and secure! Especially because I cant ever open any messages! Completely useless app. Surely another company can develop a better one. Id give 0 stars but they dont allow that.
I dont think they tested this app. Instructions must be for another app by another developer. App just takes up space on my phone. Deleting.
Never works to download attachments from One Exchange.
Same problem as iPad users. Error message says mobile interface not enabled. Web interface loads message indefinitely, cant be read. No excuse for a Fortune 100 insurance company to defer users to an app that does not work so important messages cannot be received.
3rd time rewriting my review. each time my nickname was already taken (frustrating, cumbersome). sorry to be a little mean but need to pass on to other potential users. appears to be a simple encryption program where you import an email attachment. it is cumbersome and frustrating. only ned to use because aetna thinks hippa laws are more important than helping patients. would gve zero stars if. could.
Crappy coding, horrible download experience, sh__ty UX. This is why I teach UX and coding in the public schools - to eliminate shoddy crap like this. And Apple, shame on you for passing such a sh_t piece of alleged code.
Payflex/One Exchange must have hired the president of the companys brother in law to build this app. Absolutely useless, wont load the claim so you can see it. I just wanted to stop getting those annoying forms in the mail. I dont need a new annoyance.
Suspect the app was chosen by OneExchange for good intentions. However, it never loads or shows the full EOB. Pure crap. I echo Viewer939!
This email program is cumbersome at best when using it on a desktop but the app does not work at all. This is a big disappointment when you are trying to pull up important legal docs in an emergency. Deserves negative star rating.
Downloaded this app followed all instructions. Try to open message, it displays a window that says "Mobile Edition does not appear to be enabled, switching to web based reader" asks me to click "ok"... Then it goes to my browser and says to download the mobile app!
What a waste of an app and a failure at loading secure mail on mobile devices. Couldnt even open the attachment in the email. Get your app together
Cant understand why any company would use this app. Does not load secure message. Just read the reviews.
Given the implied importance of encrypted mail, you would think that the developers if this app would go all out to get it working. But as it is, they simply dont.
Just installed. Get same error message as others. Not enabled for mobile. I better tell PayFlex. Fine to be secure - but so secure I cant read the message. It just sits at the loading screen and spins and spins after I select the Copy to Voltage mail. Not ready for prime time and now I cant see the amount of my reimbursement. So sad...
The app installed without a problem. Pressing and holding the attachment in a secure message and sending it to the app seemed to work. Used Touch ID to authenticate without problem. This is where the trouble started. The app said it wasnt authorized and it pushed me to a web-based interface. The web-based interface started to load the secure message and then just hung. On a side note, in the past, his specific message was sent in a regular email. It is not an overly sensitive message. The decision to try to protect this specific message in this way is overkill. Making customers go through these extra steps, even if they did work, for just an informational message, is ridiculous. The sending company needs the rethink this.
