This simply doesnt work.

Voltage

To the software developer !! You need to go back to school. Its that BAD

Useless and Waste of Time

This application is not developed properly and was a huge waste of time. I am unable to download the attachment sent. It opens the attachment then has the loading icon that never goes away. Very disappointed with this application and am leaving feedback with my insurance company that they should cease business with them.

Useless app

This app is being used by OneExchange to notify me of pending payments as well as to let me know if yhere is an issue with one of my claims. Only problem is that this app never works on my ipad. I have tried deleting and reloading ... Still no good. What hapeens is that in my email from OneExchange I select to open the attachment with Voltage. The app opens and shows me two files thatare available. Regardless of which file I select I get a second window that has a pushbutton to read the attachment. Thefirst page pops up with my name and asdress and then the app goes into a loading state and never shows the important page of the message. The only way to stop the loading is to double click the home button and kill the running app. Cant beliehve major companies are wasting their money on garbage apps like Voltage....only gave app one star because there was nothing less to select.

Useless

Wont open attachment. Says to install app that is already installed (or was). It is history now. Ill report this to OneExchange. Hope they make other arrangements

Useless

First time writing a review, have to give it to Voltage. What a useless app, cant open the attachment. I guess they made it so secure to make sure no one can open it and they really succeeded.

PAYFLEX -Worse than useless

Update: contacted the team responsible for the app and it turns out that PAYFLEX, the shell firm for One Exchange/Source never paid for mobile support, so the mobile app wasnt enabled. Im suggesting the app maker clarify the message so you dont think the app is at fault. One Exchange from IBM required me to use this app to get a message from them. Attempting to open the email using the app results in a bizarre message from the app that the app isnt installed and its going to open the email some other way which fails. Why do insurance companies and brokers insist on requiring sick people to jump through hoops? Simple; they hope you wont make it and that ultimately helps their profits.

Cant rate it ZERO stars, can I?

App is not worth the bandwidth. PayFlex contracted with these bozos to handle "secure" mail sent (and its almost always a general statement). The fact that my insurance carrier entrusts a third-party "encryptor" is greatly more disturbing. Aside from signing up (surprisingly smooth), the experience bottoms out fast and furiously. Any and all downloaded messages will open but the page parks and will not scroll OR exit. To get a page to open, I have to send it from my yahell account to Outlook, then open the app, then back to Outlook to save it, THEN back to this app, and (maybe) the SOB opens. I have more success going straight to PayFlex (PC or mobile) and obtaining this info there.

Terrible

The app just doesnt work at all. My health insurance sent me some information but i cant access it without the app. Well ive been trying for days and im getting no where

Waste of storage space on my phone

Non-intuitive. Cryptic. Goes off in left field. Your company boasts about the benefits you get yet finds new and creative ways to thwart you from benefiting from them by frustrating and confusing you with useless, waste-of-time apps that dont work and, based on these other reviews, apparently have equally cryptic, frustrating, time-consuming, and useless tech support.

Horrible

I hate using this app. Its unnecessarily complicated and often doesnt work. I spent quite a bit of money installing the email encryption on my PCs and it would be nice if they had a useable mobile app. HP used to be such a great company.

Worthless

Keeps telling me mobile app is not enabled! Junk! Now I have to go to my HMO and try to get printed material which will cost $$$. Wish I could give it no stars

Junk

Will not work in any fashion!

Complete crap!

I dont usually write reviews, but this thing is complete garbage. Doesnt open the attachments just keeps showing error.

Worked for me just fine

On my iPad, no less! A little convoluted but if you follow their instructions you may have the good fortune I just did with a message from my Hospital. Install, open, go back to email, hold finger on attachment then choose to open in the program. BadaBingBadaBoom! ObLaDiObLaDa!

Non-Functional

Simply put the app doesnt work as described. The app assumes that the users email app will provide a context menu with an "open with" function. Most mobile email apps do not have that.

Useless app on iPhone

Suspect the app was chosen by OneExchange for good intentions. However, it never loads or shows the full EOB. Pure crap.

Cant make this work.

Cant get anything to work.

"What an archaic piece of garbage!"

The only way to access the app is to go to my email, hold the attachment I want to see, click open, then download. If I try to just simply open the app, its a no go. My husband looked at it (software engineer) and his words exactly were "what an archaic piece of garbage."

Useless.

How can one app be so bad. The developer should be embarrassed. Period. What a waste.
