Does not work Hangs during message load. Hopefully sender has a way to get messages on line. Did anyone test this thing in user environment ? iPhone 6S Plus IOS 9.2

What a waste of my time! Stupid app does not work!

App is now required to view messages from a benefits provider. Awful, non-intuitive app that requires multiple steps to view a message. It often crashes and doesnt display the message.

downloaded the app. I tried several times but still unable to open the document from Kaiser!!!

App will not open my document , after going through all the steps it would not enable the app. Junk!

I followed the directions and the options listed were not the ones available on the screen. It does not work therefore I am wasting valuable time on a very minor threat.

Simply doesnt work.

After going through the painful process of installing this and getting it to work, there is no ability to zoom in to be able to read the tiny text in the attached pdf doc. Tried to request support and prompted for s username which I dont have. Clicking into the app tells me nothing about s username. I agree with others that the company who decided to use this to encrypt their emails didnt think it through.

It just keeping saying loading and gets frozen. Please fix if you want this app to stay around

Just hangs. Totally worthless. Im a developer and know better than release without testing.

Unable to open anything.

Same as others - got a secure message from my healthcare provider and was forced to use this app in order to get the file attachment that took me hours today over the phone to get. Setup my account got to Touch ID enabled than downloaded the "secure attachment" I can see it but it JUST HAS THE LOADING PAGE FOREVER AND DOESNT ALLOW ME TO READ MY MESSAGE! I cant believe this hasnt been fixed after reading like 18reviewers with the SAME EXACT PROBLEM!!!??

Terrible app. Installed. Just fine, but couldnt open my secure message. Not worth my time.

Why my health care provider thinks they need "secure" email to tell me a claim has been paid is beyond me. You still end up in a browser session. Downloaded it then immediately deleted it. Im left wondering if this is a joke, or worse yet a scam??

Hangs and spins. Maybe its a game?

Absolutely does not work on my iPad. Period. There sit two extremely important messages that I have no ability to read. Installed the app and held the button as instructed and voila, says app is not enabled. Go to settings, its not there. Uninstall and repeat four times. Nope. Absolute junk and why is it even necessary? One month later I try again pursuant to a message they sent me. Unable to access my messages again. Requested password reset. Never sent me a reset email. I will again have to manually call OneExchange to talk to someone about obtaining information.

I never managed to get to my message. The .pdf couldnt load. A better solution must be found. I spent over an hour with support personnel. They admitted that the app doesnt work but wouldnt accept responsibility for helping me fix the problem.

I cant believe I just wasted my time on this. Once I tried to open the letter, it would start to load and then just get stuck spinning. I tried it twice.

..avoid this app if at all possible. Healthcare provider forced a download to open a document.
